This is how you prepare the dough:

  1. Mix the vanilla sugar, sugar, salt and margarine in the mixing bowl for one minute at speed 5 until frothy. Use the spatula to push the mixture down.
  2. Set the selector again to level 5 for one minute and gradually add the eggs through the opening in the lid.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa, milk and baking powder and mix the dough for 20 seconds on speed 5.
  4. In the last step, add the boiling water and stir it for 10 seconds on speed 5.

Now you can put the dough in a greased springform pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 °C top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.

Of course, the icing should not be missing from your Thermomix chocolate cake. You prepare this as follows:

  1. Place the chocolate in the rinsed mixing bowl and chop it for 10 seconds on level 7. Then add water and sugar and heat the mixture for 15 minutes at 100 °C on level 3.
  2. In the next step, add the butter and mix the icing for 30 seconds on speed 4.
  3. Spread the warm chocolate icing over the cake. Simply delicious and juicy!
