If there is anything wrong with a delivery or product, please contact our customer service. You can contact us either by email ( ), by Whatsapp or by phone at 089 / 23141490.
Please also include the order number in your message and send us clear photos so that we can process and resolve your concern as quickly as possible.

Arrange return

If an item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, then that's of course no problem at all. We generally grant an extended right of return of 30 days so that every customer can take their time to see for themselves the products they have ordered. However, please keep in mind that every return has a negative impact on the environment and costs €10-15.
Unfortunately, we have found in the past that our former free returns service was no longer valued by some customers.

In our opinion, a large proportion of the returns from the past could have been easily avoided, as could the resulting packaging waste and the transport routes involved in shipping, which in no way corresponds to our basic sustainable principles.
At the end of the day, as a commercial company, we of course have to pass on all costs incurred (e.g. costs due to returns) to our product prices. So customers end up paying for the return costs that don't cause returns, which we don't think is fair. We have therefore decided to no longer offer free returns.

If you want to return something, you have the following options:


We will be happy to provide you with a pre-franked DHL label for returns from Germany, which you can request via our returns portal . If you use a shipping label provided by us, we will add a flat rate of €4.90 to the refund. You can submit the return at any DHL packing station, at any DHL branch or even with your DHL delivery courier.


Of course, you can also send your return with sufficient postage using a parcel service provider of your choice to the following address:

Please be sure to include a note with your order number in the package so that we can assign the return to your order and there is no delay in the refund.


If you happen to be from near Garching b. If you come to Munich, you are welcome to bring the items you would like to return to us in person during our opening hours. Please have your order number ready when you visit.

Please ensure that the products you wish to return are handled carefully and that the outer packaging is safe for transport so that the items reach us undamaged and we can put them back into circulation. Thank you for your understanding that we can only refund you the purchase price for goods that we receive back completely in the original packaging and in a clean condition.

How to avoid returns:

To avoid having to arrange a return in the first place, please note the following:

  1. Before completing your order, check whether all items are compatible with your food processor model.
  2. Read the product description completely so that you are fully informed about the product before you buy it.
  3. If you have any questions that are not answered in the product description, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service before purchasing.
  4. If you have any difficulties using a product you have ordered, our customer service will be happy to help and advise you.
