Is my order free of shipping?
For deliveries within Germany, we do not charge any shipping costs for orders over €49. For orders with a value under €49, the flat rate shipping fee within Germany is €4.90. We charge €2.90 for sending magazines by post.
Can I return an item that I don't like?
If an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can arrange a return within 30 days of receipt. Please remember that every return pollutes the environment and also costs us. You can either frank the return yourself or use a shipping label provided by us. For this we charge a flat rate of €4.90 to the refund.
How long does delivery take?
As a rule, we hand over orders to the shipping service provider on the next working day. Depending on the volume of orders, it can sometimes take longer, which is why we always specify a delivery time of 2-5 working days for products that can be delivered immediately. Unfortunately, we have no influence on possible delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider.
Can I order from you on account?
You can pay for your order via PayPal, credit card, direct debit (via Paypal), Google Pay, Apple Pay or advance payment. We offer a variety of payment methods to choose from, which guarantee secure processing for both you as a customer and us.
Can I get advice by telephone?
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our expert staff will be happy to answer all your questions about our products. If you wish, we can also take your order directly over the phone.
Which shipping service provider will my package be delivered with?
We ship either with DHL, DPD or German Post.
Parcels with a shipping address in Germany, France or Switzerland as well as countries outside the EU and island deliveries are usually sent with DHL.
For shipments to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Sweden and the Netherlands, delivery is usually carried out by DPD.
Express shipments within Germany are usually sent with DHL Express.
Where and how many vouchers can I redeem?
At the end of the ordering process you will find a field for entering your voucher code. Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order and that already discounted products and printed products are excluded from vouchers.
I received a €100 Vorwerk voucher when I bought my Thermomix. Can I redeem this with you?
Since we operate as an independent company independent of Vorwerk, we cannot accept Vorwerk shopping vouchers.
Can I expand the order I have already placed?
It is not possible to subsequently expand an order that has already been placed.
Questions about our products
Will I lose the warranty on my food processor by using your products?
Since we are a company independent of Vorwerk, we cannot provide any legal information about the warranty conditions of other companies.
As the manufacturer of our products, we are liable within the scope of statutory product liability for damages that arise from the use of our product by the consumer if he uses it as intended and follows the instructions for use.
Our products are developed by experienced engineers and tested extensively before market launch not only by the entire Wundermix team, but also by long-standing representatives as well as well-known food bloggers and the editors of leading trade magazines in the food processor sector in order to ensure maximum safety for the user and for the food processor to ensure.
Where do you produce your products?
We have the majority of our products manufactured in Germany - more precisely by local craft businesses - which is something we attach great importance to. In this way, we ensure short transport routes, constant, high quality and support the local economy.
We can also quickly provide supplies if we are sold out again after a product launch.
What are your “bestsellers” and “must-haves”?
Our most popular products definitely include the WunderSlicer vegetable cutter, the WunderZoodler spiral cutter extension and the WunderJuicer citrus juicer. But over time the Miximizer mixing bowl reduction and the WunderCap knife replacement have also established themselves as basic accessories that should not be missing in any household with Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine. As a kitchen machine owner, you can always use our silicone spatulas “WunderSpatel” and “FlexiSpatel” as well as our cleaning brushes and are therefore often ordered with them.

Is there a store where I can see your products locally?
In our showroom in Garching b. We would be happy to show you and explain all of our products to you in Munich. If you like an item, you can pay for it on site and take it with you.
Do you have social media?
On our Instagram channel of the same name, we show our products in action every day, provide exclusive insights behind the scenes of an online shop and publish sophisticated recipes using our accessories. Of course we are also represented on YouTube and Facebook.
