  • 650 ml water
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 5 g fresh yeast

Pizza dough quickly with the Thermomix

When making pizza dough according to the Thermomix recipe, your hard-working helper from Vorwerk will do most of the work for you. Pay close attention to the instructions and give the dough plenty of time.

  1. Put the water, 500g flour, salt and yeast into the mixing bowl of your Thermomix® and mix the dough for 5 minutes on level 4.
    Wait 30 minutes before moving on to the next step.
  2. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough for 5 minutes using the dough kneading setting of your Thermomix.
  3. Then put the dough in a large bowl for 12 - 48 hours and place it in a warm place covered with a cloth. Do the next step 2 hours before you plan to bake.
  4. Divide the pizza dough into 4-6 pieces and fold each piece of dough to form even balls. After another 2 hours of resting time (covered), the dough is ready for processing.

Tip: Spread the dough by pressing and pulling evenly with your fingers and set the temperature of your oven as high as possible. This will make your pizza particularly fluffy and crispy.
