Smoothies - as a healthy breakfast or delicious, fruity snack - are prepared super quickly and make it easier for us to keep our New Year's resolutions. The “smooth” mixed drinks consist mainly of fresh fruit and vegetables and provide us with lots of good vitamins, energy and nutrients.
Vitamin bombs prepared quickly.
We have already tried 3 fruity variants for you. Simple, quick and super tasty - try it out!
Ingredients: Apple-orange-banana smoothie
- 180g apples
- 100g banana
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 1 blood orange (juice)
- 80ml almond milk
Ingredients: Exotic coconut fruit cup
- 1 banana
- 1 bunch of coriander greens
- 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries or other fruit of your choice
- 250 g coconut milk
Ingredients: Minty pineapple drink
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pineapple
- 2 stalks of mint
- 1 small handful of coriander leaves
To prepare the smoothies, simply add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix at level 10 for 1:30 minutes.
Tip from the Wundermix team:
