Apple - cinnamon - tarte flambée

Have you ever tried sweet tarte flambée? Wafer thin and deliciously crispy?!

Here we have the perfect recipe for you! The dough can be prepared super quickly in the Thermomix, KitchenAid or other kitchen machines. You can also vary the topping depending on your mood. This means that lovers of vegan or vegetarian cuisine will also get their money's worth.

Ingredients for the tarte flambée dough:

  • 220g water
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 400 g wheat flour type 550
  • 30g olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche
  • 1 large apple
  • Sugar & Cinnamon

Ingredients for the topping in the hearty, classic version:

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 200 g diced ham
  • 200 g grated Gouda
  • Spring onions

Preparation:

1. Add water, yeast, flour, oil and salt to the mixing bowl and set to dough setting for 3 minutes.

2. Then let the dough rise for 1 hour.

3. Roll out half of the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet and spread with sour cream.

4. Sprinkle the grated apple on the dough and sweeten the whole thing with sugar and cinnamon.

5. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees O/U and bake for 20-25 minutes.

For the savory version, take the other half of the dough and spread the crème fraîche. B. with our WunderCard on the dough. Then evenly distribute the grated cheese, diced ham and finally the spring onions on top. Then bake the dough in the oven at O/U for 20-25 minutes.
