The book is especially suitable for Thermomix® users who like to prepare healthy breakfast recipes, fresh salads or delicious snacks in addition to main dishes. On 100 pages you will find more than 60 simple and quickly prepared recipes. No ready-made products are used and I like to use herbs and spices (and no glutamate or additives) for seasoning.
There are some recipes in the book for meat and fish. However, it is very easy to make a vegetarian version. For example, you can replace grilled salmon with grilled cheese or omit tuna in salads.
