  • 1 onion, halved
  • Leaves from 6 stalks of basil plus a little more for garnish
  • 60g olive oil
  • 20 g light balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 750 g date tomatoes
