Regardless of whether it is intended to be a low-carb protein bomb for athletes or simply enjoyed as a quick and, above all, simple breakfast: the omelet, perhaps the simplest breakfast meal, is an indispensable part of the breakfast table for many people. Completely understandable, because it's also super tasty!
And thanks to the endless variety, everyone can find their favorite version.
But how do you make an omelet like this in the Thermomix?! That's impossible, right?
But! It's actually pretty easy with the help of the Varoma shelf!
You can find out exactly how in the following recipe.
Ingredients
- 700g water
- 5 eggs size M
- 80g diced ham
- 1/2 pepper, diced
- 50g scattered cheese
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
preparation
- First weigh the water into the mixing bowl and place a sufficiently large bowl on the mixing bowl lid.
- Add the eggs, diced ham, peppers, sprinkled cheese, half of the chives, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the bowl and use a fork to beat the mixture well.
- Place a sheet of WunderGar cooking paper in the middle of the Varoma shelf and carefully pour in the egg mixture.
- Now cook the mixture on the Varoma setting and level 1 for 22 minutes.
And now the successful omelet is prepared with the Thermomix ;)
We hope you enjoy cooking!
