Turkish salad

We think that Turkish cuisine goes wonderfully with the topic of grilling. Olives in all sorts of variations, pickled cream cheese, flat cakes that can be filled with all the beautiful things a griller's heart desires...

Preparation 10-15 minutes



  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup Turkish yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 250 g cucumber
  • 250 g cucumber in pieces
  • 120 g sheep's cheese, diced
  • 60g black olives
  • 1 pepperoni pickled
  • 200 g tomatoes in pieces


Chop the onion, parsley and garlic for approx. 6 seconds/speed 5-6. Add Turkish yogurt, lemon juice, salt, oregano, pepper and sugar and mix 10 seconds/speed 4.

Add the first cucumber in pieces and chop for 2 seconds/speed 5. Put the second cucumber in pieces, diced sheep's cheese, olives, pepperoni and the diced tomatoes in a bowl and pour the mixed sauce over them. Mix everything together and let it steep a little.
