Oven pumpkin vegetables with meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece of Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 stick of leek
- 750 g potatoes, mainly waxy
- 4-5 stalks of thyme or 2 tsp heaped
- 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
- 4-5 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- 1 piece of small onion
- 500 g minced meat mixed
- 800 ml water
- 100g whipped cream
- Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Quarter the pumpkin, peel out the seeds with a spoon and cut into thin wedges. Cut the leek into rings, peel the potatoes and halve them lengthwise. Put everything in a large bowl.
Pluck the rosemary and thyme, put them in the mixing bowl, add the oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder and chop 4 seconds/speed 5, then mix. Then add the marinade to the vegetables, mix everything well and put everything in a baking dish.
Rinse the mixing bowl. Peel the onion, put it in the mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Now put the minced meat in the mixing bowl, add a little salt and mix well with visual contact turning counterclockwise.
Form small balls out of the minced mixture, place in the Varoma® and cook for 20 minutes/Varoma/speed 1. Distribute the meatballs over the vegetables.
Now place the casserole dish on the bottom shelf of the preheated oven and braise at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
Remove the baking dish from the oven, pour the cream over the vegetables and mix carefully. Roughly chop the parsley to garnish the plate.
