Ratz Fatz salmon with vegetable sauce

  • ½ pack of frozen soup greens
  • 2 pieces of frozen salmon
  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp instant vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • ½ slice feta (sheep cheese or similar)
  • Salt
  • pepper


Peel the onion, add halves to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds/speed 5. Distribute the soup greens in the Varoma® and place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and place them in halves in the cooking basket. Pour 600 ml water and 1 tablespoon vegetable broth into the mixing bowl. Close the lid. Do not use MB. Put on Varoma®. Cook for 30 minutes / Varoma® / level 1. When the time is up, keep the salmon and potatoes covered and warm. Add the steamed soup greens, tomato paste, salt, pepper and cheese to all the cooking liquid (approx. 350g) and puree for 50 seconds/speed setting 10 to form a creamy sauce.
