Cheese Schnitzel With Tomato Zucchini Sauce

Today a great hearty recipe for 4 people.

  • 1000 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250g basmati rice
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g grated Parmesan
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 tbsp oil


  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • a few splashes of Tabasco (if you like it)
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 3 pinches of pepper
  • ½ tsp basil
  • 4 tbsp creme fraiche with herbs. (200g cup)


Add water and salt to the mixing bowl, insert the cooking basket and weigh in the rice. Close the mixing bowl and briefly rinse the rice with the turbo. Put the Varoma® on. Wash and dice the zucchini. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Place the vegetables in the Varoma®, close and cook for 20 minutes/Varoma®/level 1. In the meantime, wash the turkey cutlets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Mix the egg with Parmesan in a deep plate. Dip the schnitzels first in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in the heated oil for about 5-10 minutes. Keep the schnitzels warm. When the time has elapsed, set Varoma® aside, keep the rice warm in a bowl, remove the water. Place the peeled tomatoes with juice in the mixing bowl and puree 3 seconds/speed 8. Add the tomato paste, Tabasco, sweet paprika, salt, sugar, pepper and basil and heat for 7 minutes/100°/speed 2. Add the creme fraiche and mix for 1 min./100°C/speed 2. Place the vegetables in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Arrange the schnitzel.
