Whether it's aromatic entrecôte, tender salmon, flavorful lamb cutlets, or fresh vegetables, the new Wundermix WunderPlate makes cooking in the food processor fast, efficient, and uncomplicated. The WunderPlate is a blade cover for Thermomix and Monsieur Cuisine. It is placed on the carrier of the WunderPeeler as an interchangeable plate.

Freshly cooked in no time at all
The WunderPlate prevents the food from coming into contact with the sharp blades of the mixing knife. This enables gentle cooking such as sous-vide, slow cooking, the cooking of potatoes and pasta or the preparation of hearty goulash and beef stew. The food is protected from the food processor's blade by the WunderPlate.

Gourmets and upscale restaurants often prepare dishes using the sous-vide method, which originated in France. In sous-vide, food is vacuumed in a special plastic bag and then cooked to perfection in a water bath.
The gentleness of sous-vide cooking preserves the structure of the food being cooked. This keeps meat, fish and vegetables incredibly tender and juicy. In addition, spices, herbs and flavors are absorbed particularly well.

In combination with the precise temperature control of the Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine, it makes our WunderPlate ideal for star-worthy cooking creations.

Quick guide:

1. Attach WunderPlate to WunderPeeler carrier.
2. Insert WunderPlate on the carrier into the food processor
3. Fill the TMX or MC with water up to the mark.
4. Put in the food to be cooked
