When this instruction appears on the display, every Thermomix owner immediately knows what to do:
Take a spatula to hand and push the chopped food to be mixed back toward the bottom of the pot.
However, since conventional spatulas are narrowly shaped, it takes many individual strokes until the desired result is achieved and you can continue in the recipe.

The ray from Wundermix was specially developed for optimal adaptation to the conically shaped mixing bowl.
Its curved wings are flexible and grip even the narrowest part of the mixing bowl.
The notch on the skate provides secure guidance when stroking along the vertical struts on the inside of the mixing bowl.
