The WunderPeeler is one of our best-selling products.
Since the previous version of our potato peeler could not satisfy all customers' expectations, we thought about how we could optimize the WunderPeeler. This resulted in the high-performance plastic grating disc with uniform, improved sharpness for more thorough peeling results.

Peeling potatoes is probably one of the least popular steps in the kitchen. Despite the many practical functions of the Thermomix, the laborious preparatory work was until recently one of the few tasks that had to be done by hand. Your Thermomix can also peel potatoes - the WunderPeeler makes it possible!

The improved high performance plastic friction disc

The new high-performance grating disc made of high-quality polypropylene is equipped with 764 pointed cones that effectively remove the surface of the potatoes. A sophisticated production process ensures consistent sharpness on every specimen.

How does the WunderPeeler work?

The WunderPeeler is simply attached to the blender blade and rotates during the peeling process. The rotating grating disk ensures that the peel of the potato is removed thoroughly and efficiently and dissolves in the peeling water after being finely grated. After the peeling process, the potatoes are washed with cold water and can then be further processed. Peeling potatoes with the WunderPeeler is quick, easy, effective and, unlike traditional peeling, it's also a lot of fun!

Which kitchen machines is the WunderPeeler compatible with?

The WunderPeeler was developed to be compatible with the Thermomix models TM6, TM5 and TM31.
An adapted version for Monsieur Cuisine is already available.

How thoroughly does the WunderPeeler peel?

With automatic potato peelers, the peeling result basically depends on the potatoes used. The rule of thumb applies: the smaller and more uniform the potatoes, the more thorough the peeling result. The WunderPeeler makes it possible to remove up to 95% of potato peels.

Peeled potatoes are perfect for further processing!

The WunderPeeler cannot remove the potato peel in dents and bends. However, since smaller peel residues are neither disturbing nor noticeable in the finished dish (e.g. potato pancakes, mashed potatoes, potato gratin, fried potatoes, etc.), reworking by hand is not necessary. However, whether smaller peel residues on cooked potatoes are considered annoying and need to be removed manually is a personal preference.

The Thermomix is ​​a valuable kitchen appliance. Therefore, our top priority is to ensure that it is not damaged by using our Miracle Peeler. Over many months, experienced engineers have developed and tested our WoundPeeler under the strictest safety requirements. All components meet the highest quality standards, compliance with which is regularly checked and ensured.

Additional info for TM6 users:
The peeler mode on the Thermomix TM6 must not be used for the WunderPeeler. This runs on level 4 and is intended exclusively for the Vorwerk peeler. Our Miracle Peeler was developed to work best at level 3.

Tips and Tricks:

• You will achieve the best peeling results with small, evenly grown potatoes.
• The amount of potatoes can be reduced if necessary, as long as it does not fall below 200g.
• Continue processing the potatoes with our WunderSlicer vegetable cutter
• Carrot pieces or beetroot can also be peeled with the WunderPeeler.
