If you would like to send something back, you can create a pre-paid DHL label for the return here.
Please note that we no longer offer free returns and will charge a flat rate of €4.90 to the refund for the shipping label provided.
Of course, you can also send your return to us yourself with sufficient postage using a parcel service provider of your choice.

Log in with your order number and email address to create a return or to track the progress of an existing return.
Make sure to enter the email address you used when ordering (possibly your PayPal login address).
Thank you for your understanding that we can only take back goods that are returned to us completely in the original product box and in a clean condition.
