Peanuts, caramel and chocolate. I love this trio. And who combines this better than our beloved SNICKERS chocolate bar?! But sometimes I find it quite tough and sticky - especially in summer. So why not use it to make a moist, delicious chocolate snickers cake?
TM5 - For 1 mold Ø 18cm
Ingredients for the cake
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 60g butter
- 300g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200g neutral oil
- 200 g mineral water
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 300g flour
- 4 tbsp baking cocoa
- 5 Snickers
Ingredients for decorating
- powdered sugar
- Caramel sauce
Mix It
- Preheat the oven to 160° top/bottom heat
- Grease the ring shape well and sprinkle with flour
- Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in the mixing bowl and chop → 7 seconds. | Level 8
- Add the butter in pieces to the mixing bowl and mix until soft → 4 minutes. | 45 degrees | Level 1.5
- Add eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture in the mixing bowl and beat → 1 minute. | Level 5
- Add oil and mineral water and stir → 20 seconds. | Level 3.
- Push the mixture down with the spatula .
- Cut Snickers into pieces
- Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and Snickers pieces → 20 seconds. | level 3
- Put everything in the mold
- Put it in the oven and bake on the middle shelf (160°) for 45-50 minutes.
Pimp It
Dust the cake with powdered sugar and decorate the edge with caramel sauce
