Ingredients for tomato sauce
- 100g pureed tomatoes
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- 20g parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
Ingredients for the vegetable rice
- 100g rice
- 50-75g vegetables of your choice
- 50g grated cheese
- Parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1000g water
- 20g butter

Preparation of tomato sauce
- Add the garlic cloves and onions to the mixing bowl
- Insert miximizer and chop ingredients
- Push the mixture down with the ray
- Add pureed tomatoes
- Add parsley, pepper, salt and sugar and stir everything once for 10 seconds / speed 2
- Adjust seasoning if necessary
- Pour tomato sauce into a bowl and set aside
- Rinse mixing bowl
preparation
- Weigh 1000g water in the mixing bowl
- Add 2 teaspoons salt and 20g butter to the water
- Insert the cooking basket and fill it with 100g rice
- Set the Thermomix to 20 minutes / 100°C / level 4
- Distribute the cooked rice in the FlexiSteam
- Add vegetables and tomato sauce
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Place Varoma on the Thermomix and cook for 15 minutes / Varoma / level 2
- Sprinkle with parsley to serve
