“Jerusalem Jerusalem artichoke”
Jerusalem artichoke carppacio
A light, very tasty and healthy raw vegetable salad for the winter. The Jerusalem artichoke flavor really comes into its own here!
Preparation 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Jerusalem artichoke
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp cold-pressed sunflower oil
- 1 salt
- 1 freshly ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper as a salad dressing. Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and cut it into very thin slices. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with onion and drizzle with salad dressing.
