Rice salad with cooked ham

The holiday bacon has to go!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ tbsp rice, dry
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 apple, medium-sized, cut into pieces
  • 1 tomato
  • 10 g tartar sauce
  • parsley, pepper and salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook rice. Mix the tartar sauce with a little water until creamy.
Add pepper, salt and parsley. Place the ham, rolled upright, in the mixing bowl. Together with apple pieces
Chop 4 seconds/speed 4 . Dice the tomato and add it to the mixing bowl with the rice and remoulade.
Mix everything together; 4 sec/LL/Level 4 . Let it steep for an hour.

PER SERVING: 1522 KJ (364 kcal), fat 10.7 g, carbohydrates 38.2 g (of which sugar 17.3 g), protein 22.4 g, fiber 4.8 g
