Prosecco and cocoa cake
Sometimes fruity, sometimes hearty, sometimes light, our blog offers the right #recipe for every taste. Starters, snacks, finger food, what could it be this time? Today we brought you something - figuratively speaking - bubbling: a prosecco cocoa cake from the # Thermomix® .

INGREDIENTS:
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250-270 g sugar depending on your sweet taste
- 210 g sunflower oil
- 210 g hazelnuts
- 1 can of Prosecco
- 50g cocoa
- 250 g flour
- 1 pack of baking powder

- 1 pack hazelnut glaze or powdered sugar
APPLICATION:
Place eggs, vanilla sugar, sugar and oil in mixing bowl and mix 1 min/speed 5 until frothy. Add the hazelnuts and chop for another 20 seconds/speed 8-9.
Add the Prosecco, cocoa, flour and baking powder and stir again for 20 seconds/speed 5. Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake for approx. 30 minutes/180°C/top/bottom heat.
Once cooled, brush with the glaze.
