Nut nougat cream
Who else loves nut nougat cream on fresh rolls?
This sweet spread is not only popular with children and sometimes it has to be simple...
It's prepared in a flash and you know what's in it.
It's also worth preparing twice as much, because theoretically the cream will keep for a few weeks in the fridge, but in practice it will probably be eaten much quicker...
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g nut nougat (baking department)
- 50g chocolate
- 90g condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the nougat and chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 8. Then push it down with the spatula.
Now add the condensed milk and vanilla extract and let everything melt for 5 minutes/50°C/speed 2.
Pour into a clean/sterilized jar and store in the refrigerator.
