Gingerbread Jerk Zuck
Today, just before Christmas, there is another wonderful smell of gingerbread in our “bakery”
Today we brought you a delicious and very simple #recipe for wafer gingerbread from our # Thermomix® book “ Christmas from the Thermomix® ”.

Preparation 10 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 hours
INGREDIENTS:
- 130g almonds
- 130g nuts
- 4 eggs
- 50 g chocolate in pieces
- 100 g orange peel
- 100 g lemon peel
- 130 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- Baking wafers
APPLICATION:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare wafers. Place the almonds, nuts, chocolate, orange peel and lemon peel in the mixing bowl and shred for 25 seconds/speed 8.
Add eggs, sugar and gingerbread spice and mix again for 10 seconds/speed 5.
Place the mixture onto wafers with spoons and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes at 180 °CO/U.
Note: If you like, you can coat them with a sugar glaze. Mix powdered sugar with milk and use a brush to brush the gingerbread cookies with it.
