INGREDIENTS

  • 3 rolls or equivalent toast bread
  • 300 g cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 1/5 jars cherries, drained
  • For the sprinkles
  • 150g flour
  • 75g sugar
  • 100g butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the rolls/toast into slices. Place the streusel ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes. Then refill. Then heat the cream for 8 minutes/100 degrees and pour over the rolls so that they soften. Now add the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and cinnamon to the mixing bowl and mix for 3 mins/speed 3 until frothy. Mix the cherries and the softened rolls in a bowl together with the mixture from the mixing bowl. Now all you have to do is butter a baking pan well, pour in the mixture and finally spread the sprinkles over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
