INGREDIENTS
- 3 portions of elderberry juice (375 ml each)
- 650g sugar
- 10 p. vanilla sugar
- 1 bottle of rum, 40%
- 1 bottle of brandy
- 10 drops of bitter almond oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the elderberry juice, sugar and vanilla sugar to the TM and heat for 10 mins/90°C/speed 2 until the sugar has dissolved. Add rum, brandy and bitter almond oil, stir briefly on level 3 and then bottle. Let the finished liqueur steep in a cool, dark place for a few days.
