Green Ribbon Noodles With Shrimp

Today our #recipe of the week is shrimp in a great lemon garlic sauce!

  • 300g shrimp
  • 1 cup of cream (250 g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (150 g)
  • 1 small onion
  • 200g Parmesan
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 400 g green ribbon noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon.


Drizzle the shrimp (freshly minced shrimp taste best) with the lemon juice. Crush the Parmesan into pieces for 10 seconds/speed 8 and transfer. Halve the onion and mince with the garlic for 6 sec/speed 6, add butter and heat for 2 min/100°/speed 1. Then add the shrimp. Pour the cream and crème fraîche over the prawns and bring to the boil - use left-hand rotation for 5 mins/90°/speed 1. Sprinkle 100g Parmesan. Allow the prawns to simmer over low heat for 5 min./75°/hr.1 clockwise. Cook the pasta (I usually do it in the pot). Season the sauce generously with salt, pepper and tarragon and serve with the pasta with the remaining Parmesan.
