Chocolate Snickers Cake

Peanuts, caramel and chocolate. I love this trio. And who better unites them than our beloved SNICKERS chocolate bar?! But sometimes I find it pretty tough and sticky - especially in summer. So why not make it a juicy, delicious Chocolate Snickers cake?

TM5 - for 1 mold Ø 18cm

Ingredients for the cake

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 60g butter
  • 300g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g neutral oil
  • 200g water with gas
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 4 big spoons of baking cocoa
  • 5 Snickers

 

Ingredients for decoration

  • icing sugar
  • caramel sauce

 

Mix It

  1. Preheat oven to 160° top/bottom heat
  2. Grease the ring mold well and sprinkle with flour.
  3. Break the chocolate into pieces, pour into the mixing bowl and crush. → 7sec. | Level 8
  4. Put the butter in pieces into the mixing bowl and stir until soft. → 4min. | 45 degrees | Level 1.5
  5. Add eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture in the mixing bowl and whip until smooth. → 1min. | Level 5
  6. Add and mix oil and mineral water → 20sec. | Level 3.
  7. Push the mass down with the spatula .
  8. Cut Snickers into pieces
  9. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and Snickers pieces. → 20sec. | level 3
  10. Put everything in the shape  
  11. Off in the oven and bake 45-50 minutes on the middle rack (160°).

 

Pimp It

Sprinkle the cake with icing sugar and decorate the edge with caramel sauce
