Be a beautiful cupcake in a world full of muffins. I like this wisdom. But why so superficial - only focused on the outside? Let's be something special, a surprise, on the inside too. What is the result? The Strawberry-Stuffed-cupcake. Like a surprise egg.

TM5 - For 12 cupcakes

Ingredients for the batter

  • 80 g butter
  • 280 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 240 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.24 L milk (3.5% fat)

 

Ingredients for the frosting

  • 100 g soft butter in pieces
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 2 strawberries

 

Ingredients for decorating

  • 12 strawberries

 

Mix It - The dough

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top/bottom heat
  • Muffin tray fill with paper cases
  • Mix all the ingredients for the batter in the mixing bowl and mix → 30 sec. | level 4
  • With the spatula Push the mixture down and continue stirring until a smooth dough has formed → 30 sec. | speed 5
  • Pour the batter into the paper cases - fill each case to a maximum of 2/3 full
  • Bake for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown - do not let them get too dark!
  • Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks
  • Core the cupcake base and place a strawberry inside

Mix It - The frosting

  • Put the butter in the mixing bowl and whip → 15 sec. | speed 4
  • Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix again → 15 sec. | speed 4  
  • Push the mixture down with the spatula, add the strawberries and vanilla sugar → 20 sec. | Level 3
  • Place the frosting in the fridge for 15 minutes

 

Pimp It

Frosting with piping bagl onto the cupcakes. Place the strawberries on top.
