TM5 – Makes 12 cupcakes

Ingredients for the dough

  • 80g butter
  • 280g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 240g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.24 L milk (3.5% fat)

 

Ingredients for the frosting

  • 100 g butter, soft, in pieces
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 pack vanilla sugar
  • 2 strawberries

 

Ingredients for decorating

  • 12 strawberries

 

Mix It – The dough

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees top/bottom heat
  • Line the muffin tin with paper cases
  • Put all the ingredients for the dough into the mixing bowl and mix → 30 seconds. | Level 4
  • Push the mixture down with the spatula and continue stirring until a smooth dough is formed → 30 seconds. | Level 5
  • Pour the dough into the paper cases - fill each case max. 2/3 full
  • Bake the dough for about 20 minutes until golden yellow - don't let it get too dark!
  • Wash strawberries and remove stalks
  • Core the cupcake base and place a strawberry in it

Mix It – The frosting

  • Put butter in mixing bowl and beat → 15 seconds. | Level 4
  • Add cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix again → 15 seconds. | Level 4  
  • Push the mixture down with the spatula, add strawberries and vanilla sugar → 20 seconds. | level 3
  • Place the frosting in the refrigerator for 15 minutes

 

Pimp It

Spread the frosting on the cupcakes using a piping bag . Place strawberries on top.
