Our new Parmesan disc for the WunderSlicer vegetable cutter grates Parmesan into fine flakes instead of chopping it into undefined pieces with the mixing blade in the mixing bowl as before.The Parmesan slice can be used on both sides, allowing you to grate the hard cheese into fine or extra-fine flakes with an incomparable texture, depending on your needs.

How does the Parmesan slice for the WunderSlicer work?
- Attach the Parmesan slice to the lid unit of the WunderSlicer and mount the WunderSlicer on the food processor according to the operating instructions.
- Remove the rind from the Parmesan cheese.
- Process the Parmesan on level 2.5 reverse (for Thermomix) / level 3 reverse (for Monsieur Cuisine).
Important instructions:
- Rinse thoroughly under running water before first use.
- Remove the bark before grating and only work with light pressure.
- The parmesan slice is not compatible with the Vorwerk vegetable styler.
