The mixle spaetzle attachment expands the functionality of your food processor to include a spaetzle grater! The small and handy kitchen helper allows you to make the ever-popular spaetzle directly in a very short time with your Thermomix TM6, TM5 or TM31.

Uncomplicated operation
The mixle spaetzle attachment is inserted into the lid recess of the mixing bowl. The dough container, which is open at the top, allows the dough to be poured in easily and cleanly. If you remove the silicone ring before filling, you can use the funnel to fill. This makes pouring the dough into the mixle even easier. As soon as the spaetzle dough is filled into the dough container, the mixle is turned by hand clockwise for about a minute. The rotational movement transports the dough through the holed base into the mixing bowl. Now let it cook briefly and the delicious spaetzle is ready, which is the perfect accompaniment to many dishes.

Safe and well thought out
The silicone ring that surrounds the hole part prevents the mixle spaetzle attachment inserted into the mixing bowl lid from slipping. Thanks to this automatically created adhesion, the rotation movement to produce the spaetzle can be carried out easily and without slipping. In addition, the silicone ring reduces the risk of burns when removing the hole part from the mixing bowl lid.

Hygienic through and through
To make cleaning easier, the mixle spaetzle attachment was designed so that it can be completely dismantled and, with the materials used, is also dishwasher-safe. This means that not only handling but also cleaning is extremely easy.

Quantity and duration
The spaetzle attachment is designed for 200 grams of flour and 2 eggs. This amount is also the capacity limit of the mixing bowl. However, it is possible to cook several times without wasting much time. One round takes approx. 7 minutes.
