Today there is another hearty #recipe in our food blog. The zucchini and cheese casserole from our “Casseroles” booklet is very easy to prepare with the #Thermomix® with the “turn of a knife” and tastes wonderfully hearty. Our recipe is suitable for 4 people and can be served as a main course or as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Emmental cheese
- 750g zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 1 MB cream
- oregano
- Salt
- pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the Emmental cheese for 45 seconds/speed 10 and transfer. Chop up the zucchini. Add eggs, cream, oregano, salt, pepper and half the amount of cheese and mix everything for 30 seconds/speed 2. Pour into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the middle rack of the oven for approx. 30-35 minutes at 200°C.
