Giovanni Rana's pasta frescha was quickly picked up from the fresh food counter, from the Italian delicatessen - or even from Pastaio - and served up delicious pasta in 10 minutes:
Recipe:
- 4 tbsp butter
- grated peel of an organic orange
- 8 sage leaves, cut into thin strips
- Seasoning salt (I used orange salt)
- colorful pepper, fresh from the mill
Preparation:
Heat the butter, fry the orange peel and sage leaves in it for 5 minutes - only use medium heat.
Salt and pepper and mix with dripping wet pasta.
