Gingerbread With Chocolate Icing

Cooking time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g hazelnuts
  • 350g flour
  • 270g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 3 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 2 tsp clove powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 liter milk
  • 150g butter
  • Couverture

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind harenuts for 20 seconds/turbo, add flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice, clove powder, honey, eggs, milk and butter to the mixing bowl and mix until smooth at speed 6.

Place the dough mixture on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approx. 20 minutes. Now melt the chocolate coating and spread it on the gingerbread cookies or dip half of it.
