Chickpea canapés

Today we have a great finger food idea for you as the #Thermomix® recipe of the week!

INGREDIENTS

  • Chickpeas cooked & drained well
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50g black olives
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 15 pumpernickel small, round
  • 50 g sprouts (alfalfa, radish or mustard) + some to decorate

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the garlic and olives in the mixing bowl and chop for 3-4 seconds/speed 5 and transfer.
Pour in the chickpeas and puree finely for 10 seconds/6. Turn off and scrape down and puree again.
Add garlic, olives and remaining ingredients and mix everything into a cream for 20 seconds/speed 4.
Pipe onto the pumpernickel using a piping bag (large nozzle). Garnish with sprouts if necessary.
