Holland Soup With Cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 large onions
  • 3/4 liter broth
  • 200 g Gouda, medium aged or other cheese
  • 250 g frozen mixed vegetables
  • Pepper, salt, nutmeg to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the onions for 3 seconds/speed 6-7 and transfer. Then heat the butter for 2 minutes / 100° / hour 2.
Now add the onions and cook for 1 minute/100°/hour. 3 steam.
Then pour in the broth through the opening in the lid, also add the unthawed vegetables and the coarsely diced cheese and cook everything for 15 minutes/100°/hour. 4 cook.
Season to taste with the spices and sprinkle generously with chopped parsley.
