Steamed Cod With Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
- 160g cod
- 1 tbsp parmesan
- 2 tbsp cream substitute
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 peppers
- 2 potatoes, medium sized
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Drizzle the fish fillet with a little lemon juice and let it steep briefly. Line the Varoma® with greaseproof paper.
Now salt and pepper the fish and place it in the Varoma®. Crush the peppers for 3 seconds/speed 6-7 and spread on the fish.
Pour 1 liter of water into the mixing bowl and place the potatoes in the cooking basket.
Now cook everything for 25 minutes/Varoma®/level 2 and then keep warm.
Now add the Parmesan to the cooking liquid, stir briefly and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
