Finally there is something hearty again! Today's #Thermomix ® #recipe is easy to prepare, tastes delicious and only consists of ingredients that you can get on every corner.

Good food doesn't have to consist of unpronounceable content, it has to be tasty and filling!

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 400g zucchini
  • 400 g tomatoes fresh or from d. can
  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • basil
  • 1 class can of corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper White
  • 1-2 tsp dark sugar beet syrup
  • 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Put the onions and garlic cloves in the TM and briefly chop at speed 5-7. Add olive oil and sauté for 5 minutes/100°/speed 2.

Now add the mince and fry for 5-6 minutes /90°/anti-clockwise/speed 3. In the meantime, wash and slice the zucchini and place them in the Varoma. Now spread the corn on top. Pour the tomatoes and broth into the mixing bowl and put the Varoma on.

Now cook for another 25 minutes/Varoma/left-hand rotation/level 3. Then put the zucchini and corn in a bowl. Add the sugar beet syrup and the spices to the mince and stir briefly at speed 3/anti-clockwise so that everything is well distributed. Finally, season with salt and pepper and balsamic vinegar. Serve with cooked rice or potatoes.
