Meatloaf pizza style

Meat loaf or meat loaf, what is the hearty piece of meat called in your area? Either way, the boiled sausage is a hit at parties, street festivals and other celebrations and always fills you up in a roll. It can also be enjoyed for lunch or dinner with a delicious side dish such as potato salad, pasta salad or fried egg.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 onion
  • 500 g pork in pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 100 ml water
  • 1/2 MB cream
  • 3 eggs size M
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 soaked rye bun
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g Edam cheese in one piece

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place onion in mixing bowl and chop 20 seconds/speed 5 . Add the meat in pieces and chop for 30 seconds/speed 6 . Put the remaining ingredients except the peppers and cheese into the mixing bowl and chop again for 10 seconds/speed 4-5 and transfer. Then cut the peppers and cheese into pieces, put them in the mixing bowl and chop for a few seconds/speed setting 7. Fold the result into the meat mixture with the spatula. Pour the finished mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 170°C hot air for 40 minutes or at 180°C bottom/top heat for approx. 50 minutes.
