This soup warms you from the inside and keeps you full for a long time thanks to its long-chain, healthy carbohydrates in the form of beans.

  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 425 ml kidney beans 1 can
  • 425 ml white beans 1 can
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat mixed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Ground cumin
  • 2 cans of tomatoes chopped
  • 500 ml vegetable broth
  • 200 g Mni-Penne pasta
  • ½ pot fresh coriander, or a little ground
  • 100g Cheddar cheese


Peel the onion and garlic, place in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec./speed 5. Rinse beans in a colander. Fry the minced meat in a pan for approx. 4 minutes. Add oil to the vegetables and sauté for 3 mins/100°C/speed 1. Add the browned minced meat, tomato paste, spices, chopped tomatoes and stock and cook 15 mins/100°C/LL/speed 1. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, add the beans. In the meantime, prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Wash the coriander, shake dry and chop finely. Grate cheese. Drain the pasta and mix it in a pot with the sauce. Add the coriander and cheese and mix the whole thing again. Then arrange in deep plates and serve sprinkled with coriander and cheese, served with pretzel rolls.
