Yeast dough with the Thermomix:
- 150g milk
- 80 g sugar (or less if you like)
- 1/2 yeast cube
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 350 g flour (550) or spelled flour
- 75g margarine
- Cinnamon sprinkles
- 100g flour
- 75g butter
- 50g sugar
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Put the milk and sugar in the mixing bowl and heat to 37°C/speed 1 . Add the yeast and dissolve in the warm milk. Now add the salt, egg and flour and knead into a dough for 4 minutes/kneading setting . Add the margarine and let it knead for another 3 minutes at the kneading setting until you get a silky, soft dough. Transfer the whole thing to a bowl and let it rise, covered, for about 45 minutes. Grease the baking tray well and roll out the dough for the tray, form the edge and cover with approx. 1 kg of plums in a roof tile shape. Let the cake rise briefly again.
You can now sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar or sprinkles and then bake it for 30 - 45 minutes at 180°C - 200°C
