Of course, the pizza baking mix does not contain ordinary flour. Only a special pizza flour with a particularly fine grind and high protein content is used.
This means that pizzas made with the Wundermix pizza baking mix are quick and incomparably delicious. A treat for the whole family!
A good pizza thrives on the simplicity of the recipe: sulphates, flour treatment agents or E-numbers have no place in a good pizza and are therefore not included in our pizza mix.
It was particularly important to us that the packaging of the baking mix is 100% plastic-free.
