What are the advantages?
Due to the powerful motor of the Thermomix, citrus fruits can be pressed 70% faster m comparison to conventional citrus presses.
Will the juicer harm my Monsieur Cuisine or the scale?
Absolutely not! The WunderJuicer was developed by our engineers especially for the Monsieur Cuisine and tested extensively. The force during pressing is introduced through the entire mixing bowl and its mechanics. The balance is not overloaded during juicing. Every time you push the scale around, put it down or stir dough, the high force peaks put more strain on the scale than your hand force during pressing.
How can the product be cleaned?
After use, the juicer can be cleaned easily and quickly under the tap or in the dishwasher. The polished and smooth surfaces guarantee easy and quick cleaning. When designing the juicer, we tried to make all corners and edges accessible in order to prevent impurities from sticking.

The speed of the Monsieur Cuisine must be set exactly to level 3 - as described in the enclosed instructions. This will give the motor enough speed and power to juice. Anything above 3 is more likely to result in a pulp or an undesirable mess.
