With the RollPro V2 you roll out pizza, tarte flambée or cake dough evenly – you change the rollers with a click mechanism. On the WunderKitchen® Stoneware baking tray made of fine-pored cordierite ceramic, the dough then bakes until crispy: the material stores heat evenly, absorbs excess moisture and can be preheated up to 260 °C. Measuring 41 × 30.5 cm with a 3 cm high inner rim, it offers room for a whole family-size tray. With the WunderBake silicone brush you grease the tray very thinly and brush dough with oil, butter or glaze – without drips and without stray bristles.
