This delicious crusty bread from the Thermomix - also yoghurt crust lives up to its name! Irresistibly crispy!
And the best thing is: with our WunderCentix you can now also make a grain mill to your Thermomix, which provides you with freshly ground flour for even more intense bread. Nobody can resist that!
Ingredients:
- 240 g water
- 10 g cube yeast
- 500 g wheat flour
- 100 g natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
- oil for greasing
- Stoneware pot (3 l)
- Tip: Use self-ground flour from the WunderCentix grain mill. Simply grind the required amount of flour with the finest setting directly from the grain!
And this is how it works
- Put the water and yeast in a mixing bowl.
- Start the food processor: 3 min. / 37°C / speed 1
- Put the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl.
- Start the food processor: Process on dough setting / 4 min. to form a dough.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf.
- Transfer to a proofing basket, dust again with flour, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
- During this time, grease and flour a stoneware pot (3 l).
- Place the dough on a floured dough mat, e.g WunderMat fold several times and shape into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in the prepared pan, dust with flour and cut in, e.g. with WunderStyler.
- Put the lid on, place the pan on the lowest shelf in a cold oven and bake for 50-60 minutes (240°C).
- Carefully remove the lid and brown the bread for another 5 minutes without the lid (240°C).
- Then leave to cool on a rack and serve.
- One loaf makes about 15 slices.
