Fresh pasta just like in the trattoria around the corner - easy to make yourself with the pasta attachment for the WunderCentix. Here are step-by-step instructions for deliciously thin, homemade spaghetti.
Ingredients per person
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Please note: the Thermomix only kneads dough quantities up to approx. 850 g optimally.
And this is how it works
Prepare the dough
- Place the flour, egg, olive oil and salt in the mixing bowl
- Start food processor: 2 minutes / mix in dough mode
- Then transfer the dough to the work surface and shape into a ball with your hands.
- Place in cling film in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the spaghetti
WunderCentix and assemble the pasta roller according to the instructions.

Gradually continue to roll out with the pasta roller, making the roller thinner and thinner as you go.

Then attach the spaghetti attachment to the WunderCentix and carefully feed the dough through.

Drain and serve with pesto, sliced tomatoes and mini mozzarella. |

The cooking time for fresh pasta is significantly shorter: Spaghetti only needs 1-2 minutes, fettuccine about 2 minutes, and ravioli is cooked after 5-7 minutes. Fresh pasta is best consumed promptly as this is when it has the best taste and ideal consistency. |
