Vanilla Bread – Baked in a wooden baking frame

Today we have a delicious sweet bread for you! Baked in one of our wooden baking frames.

The #Landhaus team wishes you a good appetite.


  • 500g flour
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 bottle Butter vanilla aroma
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 50g butter


Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and knead for 4 minutes/bread setting. Place in a bowl brushed with oil and cover and let rise for at least 40 minutes. Prepare a pizza stone or a baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease the inside of the baking frame and pour in the dough. Let rise for another 10 minutes. Then bake on the middle rack for approx. 40-50 minutes/180°CO/U.

Note: Raisins, chocolate chips and granulated sugar or poppy seeds also go well with this.
