Sole fillets in white wine sauce

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 sole fillets
- ¾ l water
- spring onions
- White wine semi-dry
- Salt, pepper, lemons and herbs
For the sauce:
- Garsud, 1 MB cream
- 2 tbsp rice flour,
- Salt pepper
- Lemon, herbs
DIRECTIONS:
Season the fillets, drizzle with lemon and white wine, place in the Varoma® and top with finely chopped spring onions. Pour the remaining white wine (0.2 l per 4 people is more than enough) and the water into the mixing bowl. Place the Varoma® on top, close the lid and steam for 10 minutes/Varoma®/level 1. Set Varoma® aside and now add cream and rice flour and season with salt, pepper and lemon. Cook again for 2 minutes/90 °C/speed 2. Finally, add herbs ( parsley , chives , dill, etc.) as desired and stir briefly. Then place the sauce on the plate as a mirror and place the fish on top. Potatoes or rice go well with this.
