INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of rigatoni
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 250 grams of natural cream cheese
- 1 can of tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 300 grams of small tomatoes
- pinch of pepper
- tsp vegetable broth
- Some basil, oregano
- 200 grams of Parma ham slices
- 100 grams of fresh rocket
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the onion in the Thermomix for 4 seconds on speed 6. Push down with the spatula and add the butter. Steam the whole thing on Varoma level 1 for 2.5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 8 minutes, 100 degrees, level 3. Add the cream cheese and melt for 1.5 minutes, 60 degrees, level 3. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the Thermi. Add the spices and mix for 5 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 1 anti-clockwise. Fry the Parma ham briefly in a coated pan. Wash the rocket and cut into strips. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and mix with the finished sauce.
