INGREDIENTS
- 50g dry pasta
- 200 g leaf spinach (frozen)
- 1 onion, halved
- 1 spring onion, cut into pieces
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of vegetable broth, instant
- 200g water
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- 1 tsp pesto, green
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, 5% fat
- 100 g small tomatoes, quartered
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop the onion, garlic and spring onions for 3 seconds/speed 5 and cook with the oil for 2-3 minutes/Varoma®/speed 1. Add the broth, water, spinach leaves and noodles and cook for 13 mins/Varoma®/LL/speed 1. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and pesto. Stir in the cream cheese for 10 seconds/LL/speed 3 and serve mixed with tomatoes.
